Apparently, I lose my touch if I don't craft on a regular basis. It took me entirely too long to come up with an idea for this card & make it work! I'm not even happy with the end result...well, I think the inside is cute. The outside leaves a little to be desired!

I got free mulch. It was an opportunity to use my 'tear construction paper to look like mulch' method of crafting. =)

I don't think I'll have time to get any Easter cards done, but I'll definitely get a few spring & summer cards out. After the trip to Russia, I'll have more time on my hands!

Happy Birthday Cupcake Card!

For my best friend's birthday, I wanted to create a personalized card that he would appreciate. His favorite color is orange, so the base color had to be orange!! I added his name & a few decorative accents to bring this cupcake card to life. I'm pretty much addicted to my Cricut!! It's incredibly fun to use, although a little frustrating at times. I'm also fairly addicted to my embossing powders. Anyways, this is my bestie's bday card!
